the internet to request an appointment. It was so convenient for a busy family
like ours. Keith was exceptional - looked at the bugs I thought were termites
(they were), located where they were in the house and treated that board. He
scheduled his supervisor to come out later this week to treat the harder areas.
He took the time to look for the termites and explain to me what he found and
what I could expect. He also explained the work order and what the EPA numbers
were for (very useful in an emergency!) I appreciate his professionalism and
